By using PDFWhirl (pdfwhirl.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

PDFWhirl provides free, online PDF processing tools including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, and rotating PDF files. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Only upload files you have the legal right to process.
• Not use the service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service.
• Not use automated tools to scrape or overload the service.

4. File Handling

Files uploaded to PDFWhirl are processed on our secure servers and automatically deleted after 2 hours. We do not access, view, or share the content of your files. You retain all rights to your files.

5. Limitations

Individual files are limited to 100MB. A maximum of 20 files can be processed per request. We reserve the right to adjust these limits. Rate limiting is applied to prevent abuse.

6. Liability

PDFWhirl is provided for convenience and is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or damages arising from the use of our service. Always keep backups of important files.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
